Who we are

MCR Baths is a Manchester bathroom matching service. We collect renovation enquiries and introduce suitable projects to independent bathroom renovators, who quote for the work. You can contact us at mcrbaths@gmail.com.

What we collect

Quote enquiries: your name, phone, email, postcode, property/bathroom type, work needed, budget, timeline, project description, preferred contact method, and any photos you choose to upload.

Partner enquiries: your name, company, phone, email, areas covered, years trading, and your message.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry — we reply to quote and partner enquiries within 24 hours, by email, or by phone if you gave us your number and chose Phone.
• To introduce your project to an independent renovator so they can quote for the work.

Sharing

We share your enquiry details — including any photos you uploaded — with an independent renovator so they can assess and quote for your project. That renovator is independent of MCR Baths, and your contract for any work is with them.

Our website forms are processed by Netlify, and form notifications are sent to mcrbaths@gmail.com. We do not sell your data.

Photos

Only upload photos you are happy for us to pass to a renovator for quoting. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and the introduction, and then we delete them. If you would like us to delete your details sooner, email us.

Your choices

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by emailing mcrbaths@gmail.com. We will respond to your request by email.

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit this website and which pages they view. This helps us see which pages are useful and where we can improve the site.
