3. Quote & install
The renovator surveys, provides your quote and, if you accept, carries out the work under your contract with them.

How are you paid?
Through an agreed arrangement with the renovator. Ask us and we will explain the arrangement in plain English.
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply to quote enquiries within 24 hours, by email. If you gave us your phone number and chose Phone as your preferred contact method, we may reply by phone instead.
What if I am not happy with the quote?
You are free not to proceed. If the first renovator cannot help, enquire again and we will try to introduce another renovator where possible — we cannot guarantee a match.
